The Beef and Game Rub is a must-have in the kitchen. For breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The versatility is great and the balance of the different ingredients is absolutely perfect. This is my go-to steak seasoning. I can’t recommend this rub enough for anyone looking to get the most out of steak, ribs, burgers, the list goes on. You will NOT be disappointed.

I purchased two orders of The Beef and Game Rub and The Butcher's Rub back in November of 2025. For many years, I tried different rubs and various home made and hand me down recipes from friends. They were never consistent and often were overly strong in certain ingredients. The rubs I purchased from Tanzo Cutlery were very consistent, flavorful, and not over powering.

I used the beef and game rub on all my steaks with added garlic and the butchers rub primary on my vegetables for flavor.  The best and most consistent rubs I have purchased to date.
