Welcome to TANZO CUTLERY. Founded by Chris Osman, a craftsman with decades of experience in precision design and manufacturing. Before venturing into cutlery, Chris dedicated 20 years to creating products for the U.S. Government, where exacting standards and uncompromising attention to detail were paramount.

 

This background influences his approach to his work today. Each knife in the TANZO collection is handcrafted and designed for both professionals and home cooks. They are hand made, honed to a razor edge and built to last, embodying a straightforward philosophy: quality tools should perform exceptionally well.

 

When Chris isn’t in the shop, he enjoys spending time outdoors camping, hiking, fly fishing, and shooting with his wife.
