The Paragon is lightweight, natural-feeling in the hand, and balanced with an exceptionally sharp edge made from AEB-L stainless steel, hand finished with a one-of-a-kind handle that invites daily use.

Designed to make every cut feel effortless. Built on an 8" AEB‑L, V-grind blade with a a razors edge the Paragon delivers. The Swedish stainless steel balances long-lasting sharpness, edge retention with excellent corrosion resistance and ease of maintenance. At 13.5" overall and a 1/8" spine, the blade geometry gives you the ideal combination of rigidity and nimbleness for classic chef tasks such as slicing, dicing, chopping and delicate finishing work.

The blade’s profile and weight distribution let the knife move with minimal effort and maximum control, so repetitive prep becomes smoother and more precise. The flat V grind produces a refined cutting geometry that excels at clean, stable slices, confident tip work, all while holding a fine edge that responds beautifully to stropping and stone maintenance.
