Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 48 hours  to process your order. Expect an email within 1 hour of purchase to let you know your order is on its way.

STORE PICKUP:

We do not offer local pickup.  All orders are mailed via UPS.

SHIPPING:

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, per UPS current rates.

Return shipping cost for resharpening services are free.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

We ship to all 50 states.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to most countries.  If you have a specific question regarding your country, please contact us via our website, or e-mail chris@tanzocutlery.com.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tanzo Cutlery is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
