Whether you are in Las Vegas and need sharpening or ready to discuss a custom knife, choose the service that fits what you need.
Las Vegas knife sharpening
Book a 60-minute sharpening appointment for your kitchen knives. The $25 booking fee includes sharpening for your first knife. Sharpening two to six knives is $50 total.
You may bring your knives, wait while the work is completed, or drop them off and return later. Appointments are required. This service is for sharpening only. Restoration, repair, polishing, handle work, and other services require a separate evaluation.

One-on-one custom knife consultation
For focused time discussing a custom Tanzo knife, book a one-on-one consultation with Chris Osman. The consultation payment is $50 and may be applied toward a new Tanzo knife purchased within 30 days.
