Wood Cutting Board with Dual Juice Grooves, 18 x 12 Inch

A cutting board that is too small is one of the most common frustrations in a serious kitchen. This board solves that. At 18 by 12 inches, it gives you the room to work properly, whether you are breaking down a whole chicken, slicing a roast, or building a charcuterie spread for the table. The surface is large enough that food stays on the board and prep work stays organized.

The board is made from maple, cherry, or walnut, three of the best hardwoods for kitchen use. All three are dense enough to resist deep scoring, gentle enough on knife edges to preserve a sharp blade, and attractive enough to go straight from the counter to the table.
